How TikTok Creator Rewards works in 2026

TikTok replaced the old Creator Fund (which paid a tiny $0.02–$0.04 per 1,000 views) with the Creator Rewards Program. The new program pays far more — roughly $0.40 to $1.00+ per 1,000 qualified views, and some high-retention niches report up to $6.00. The catch is that it only rewards videos longer than one minute and only counts qualified views (a viewer watching more than about 5 seconds). The core formula is:

payout = (total views × qualified % ÷ 100) ÷ 1000 × RPM

Example

1,000,000 views, 80% qualified, $0.80 RPM → 800,000 qualified views → 800 × $0.80 = $640.

Frequently asked questions

How much does TikTok pay for 1 million views in 2026?
